I was asked in an interview what trend I'd want to make a come back and my answer?
Denim.
Typically I tend to style these babies with a black, off the shoulder crop but sticking to something as simple, classic, and Breakfast Club timeless as white has proven to be the recipe for flawlessness.
(And yes, that is an R2D2 button)
Fashion, especially in LA, has become something pretentious can't even begin to describe. People are dressing up for others instead of themselves and it really ruins the honesty in such an expressive art. There's nothing wrong with sticking to the basics and still making a statement.
