DIY: Grandpa sweater to cardigan
A friend of mine asked for me to DIY her closet. I hope this inspires a new piece to add to your wardrobe! :)
We thrifted an hour previous to arts and crafts time and this slouchy material was perfect since it hung off of her shoulders nicely in comparison to other thicker and stiffer materials. What says necessity other than cardigans?
How-to:
1.) Cut only the front half of the sweater, cutting straight up the middle

2.) Trim collar to satisfy your desires unless you like the boxy, Peter Pan wannabe collar. (Cut the corners to make it rounder)
3.) Hem the sides to prevent fraying (optional)
